The theatre is located at 1101 DiPietro Street, Fort Erie, Ontario. Tickets for the comedy presentation are $30 each and can be reserved through Ex. Comp. Tom Jeacock by email (tjeacock@cogeco.ca) or by calling him at 905-871-2292. The seats will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The tables seat 10 and are round. There are a total of 15 tables. There will be a bar that tickets can be purchased for. This Theatre group was adjudicated by Theatre Ontario and judged the best Dinner Theatre in the Province so come and enjoy a great evening of Dinner and Theatre and be here on the Niagara Peninsula for Grand Chapter to start the following day. Commemorative keychain launched in District 5. First order of business for R. Ex. Comp. Ratko Ardelic, Grand Superintendant of District No. 5 was to immediately kick off celebrations in District No. 5 - by producing a commemorative keychain. Details on these can be obtained from the Grand Supeintendant District No. 5 (Picture forthcoming). April 27, 2007 - 2:pm - First $1,000,000 Certificate AwardedR. Ex. Comp. Des Washer, Chair of the Medical Research Fund awarded the first Million Dollar Club certificate to M. Ex. Comp. George H. Gifford at the Grand Chapter Convocation today. THE MILLION DOLLAR CLUB For a donation of One Hundred Dollars ($ 100.00) the Companion will receive a Certificate and a Lapel Pin which will enroll him in the Club. The donor will receive a Tax slip for the full amount which will be issued by Grand Chapter. Letters and application Forms are being sent to all Chapters setting out the way in which a Companion can contribute. This is a unique way in which we can contribute to the Release-A-Miracle Fund and achieve that $1,000.000.00 (ONE MILLION DOLLARS) that will sustain the Medical Research Fund for another 150 years. George Gifford announced that a special event was to take place at 11 am. Shortly thereafter, Comp. Terry McLean, the Chair of the 150th Celebration Committee took the Companions assembled on a trip down memory lane - about 150 years ago. After a short introduction to how our Grand Chapter was formed 150 years ago, he spoke the words "That was then and this is now", and the doors flew open. The assembled Companions were then treated to several musical interludes from Pipe Band. Companion Terry McLean then requested everyone assembled to start their celebrations, and send in submissions to this website for publicity as well as for a commemorative DVD being produced at the the conclusion of the celebrations at Grand Chapter 2008.
