Dear Sirs and Companions,
THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee of the Grand
Chapter has two major responsibilities.
Number one is to set the budget based on
past year's financial statements, after
adjusting for any anticipated increases
and decreases, both in expenses and
income. Secondly, the Finance Committee
has the responsibility of monitoring all
major variances between the actual and
budgeted income and expenses.
The Finance Committee reports
bi-annually at the Grand Executive
meetings. Finally a report is given at the
Grand Chapter Convocation for approval by
the delegates.
