Picture Submission Guidelines

When submitting a picture for the Photo Album page, please provide:

Just one picture of the same people in the same pose.

You may send more pictures too, but please don't send the same photo if you have taken two - please choose the best one and send it

Picture format/size/name etc.

Two copies of each photo, correctly sized are needed (one is a smaller thumbnail of the other)

	large size of a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels
	small size of a maximum resolution of 120x90 pixels

Name of large file should be of the form YYYYMMDD_## where YYYY represents the year the photo was taken, MM the month, DD the date and ## the number in the series you are submitting

Name of small file, or thumbnail picture, for the index should be of the form YYYYMMDD_##s which is very similar to the large file picture with a "s" at the end to indicate it is the smaller image version

The details of the event where the photos were taken (only the following information will be posted):

	Date of event when pictures were taken
	Chapter name, number and District
	Location
	Event - for example, Jewel Presentation/Official Visit etc.

Mail the photos to the webmaster

This will help it get on the website sooner.
