It is my sad duty to report to you the passing of Ex. Companion Howard Clarke who was a Past First Principal and the the long serving Scribe E of The Waterloo Chapter.
There will be a Masonic Memorial for Ex. Companion Clarke at the Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. in (Galt) Cambridge on Monday Feb. 15th at 6:00 pm
